Article 1 (Application of Terms)
1. These Terms set forth the matters to be agreed upon when using Oncaji Record (hereinafter referred to as “this site”) and using all services provided on this site (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). 2. In the event that use is suspended based on the preceding paragraph, this site or the operator of this site shall be able to delete the information posted by said User.

Regardless of whether it falls under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this site or the operator of this site may, if it receives an assertion or claim based on legitimate rights from a person related to the transmitted information, take actions based on relevant laws and regulations such as the Provider Liability Limitation Act, including contacting the poster of the transmitted information. (7) Acts of business activities using the Service, or acts of information collection or provision for the purpose of profit
(8) Acts that interfere with the operation or maintenance of the Service
(9) Acts of reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to analyze the Service, or acts that place an excessive burden on the network or system, etc., of the Service
(10) Acts of automatic access via programs, etc.
(11) Acts of unauthorized access to the network of the Service
(12) Acts of impersonating a third party
(13) Acts of allowing a third party to use the Service
(14) Acts of falsifying this content
(15) Acts related to crime
(16) Acts that violate or are likely to violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
(17) Acts of any interaction or involvement with anti-social forces, etc. (meaning organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, right-wing groups, anti-social forces, and others equivalent thereto; the same shall apply hereinafter), such as cooperating with or being involved in the maintenance, operation, or management of anti-social forces, etc.
(18) Acts of overlooking or not correcting the acts of the preceding items performed by a User
(19) Acts that directly or indirectly induce or facilitate the acts of the preceding items
(20) Other acts that this site or the operator of this site deems inappropriate
Article 8 (Contact)
1. This site or the operator of this site may contact the User when required by law or when this site or the operator of this site determines it is necessary for the operation of the Service, such as seeking consent or opinions for Deletion, etc. of transmitted information or disclosure of sender information based on a claim from a right holder.
2. Contact from this site or the operator of this site to the User will be made by means that this site or the operator of this site deems appropriate, such as sending documents, sending emails, or posting on the Service, based on the email address information received from the User. If said contact is made via email transmission or posting on the Service, it shall be deemed to have reached the User at the point it is delivered over the internet.

Article 14 (Transfer of Contractual Status, etc.)

Article 16 (Governing Law)
As the governing law for these Terms, the laws of Cyprus (Turkey) shall apply.
Article 17 (Jurisdiction)
In the event that a dispute arises between the User and this site or the operator of this site in connection with the Service, the prescribed court within Cyprus (Turkey) shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance based on Article 16.
